Product Care
How do I clean my leash?
Your leash is built for real life. If it gets muddy, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or pop it into a gentle machine wash on a cold setting inside a laundry bag. Always air dry (no dryers or heaters).
Safety & Warranty
Where are your products made?
our runpup leashes are designed in Sydney and made with trusted partners overseas who meet strict safety and ethical standards.
Is the leash safe for strong pullers?
our hands-free design keeps the lead anchored at your waist for a lower, steadier centre of gravity, which can help you maintain control and keep your hands free. that said, no leash can prevent pulling or accidents. runpup uses high-quality materials and is suitable for dogs of all sizes, but owners are responsible for training and handling. for strong pullers, we recommend attaching the leash to a well-fitted harness (not just a collar) and practising positive leash-manners. regularly check hardware and replace if worn.
